Associate Manager, Property Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. As per requirement of business, analyzing documents related to ownership (submitted to PM) to ensure its good right.
  2. Assessing the legal risk factors and providing opinion to mitigate such risks.
  3. Preparing response to legal notice served against BBPLC.
  4. Maintaining MIS and rental database.
  5. Preparing lease agreements, MOU, TOR (Terms of Reference), LOI (Letter of Intent), Office Memo/Correspondence etc. 6. between BBPLC & landlords.
  6. Carrying out legal consultation/ negotiation with the LL to ensure maximum benefit of the bank.
  7. Assisting line-manager by performing any other tasks related to Property Management.

Qualifications

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum graduation from a UGC-approved institution with a satisfactory academic track record. Candidates with Law * background is preferred.
  • Minimum five years of working experience preferable in the related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Be resourceful and capable of dealing with crisis/ adverse situations.
  • Be customer-centric, a team player, self-propelled, disciplined, adaptable and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work and manage relationship with multiple stakeholders both within and outside bank.
