KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulation & Implementation of Operating Plan:

Develop and execute the administration strategy and translate business goals into actionable targets.
Property Management

Supervise routine maintenance of premises.
Monitor lease renewal issues with the relevant stakeholders.
Supervise timely payment of municipal tax for bank owned activities.
Scout for new premises and engage with landlord to secure favorable terms for the bank.
Dispatch Management

Ensure timely delivery of mails and Bank’s products to customers safely.
Review and verify invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy.
Ensure proper maintenance of delivery logs and records.
Compliance & Good Governance

Accurate & error free record keeping of data and ensuring time to time reporting to the Management, Board & Regulators
Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the bank and external regulatory authorities.
Qualifications

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from a reputed institution with a satisfactory academic track record.
10 years of working experience preferably in Property Management.
Strong command over Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in Compliance & Fraud Prevention.
Expert in customer centricity, self-propelled, keen to develop others and team player.
