- Application Procedure:
(A) Online Registration only through Bangladesh Bank recruitment website https://erecruitment.bb. Online registration should be done by filling the prescribed table on Jorg.bd. Detailed rules and conditions of application submission are available on the website itself. (b) CV ID No.: Existing CV ID No. of candidates previously registered in Bangladesh Bank system. And the application should be submitted using Password. A CV ID no. And password will be obtained which must be saved for future use. (c) Candidate Details: Name of candidate, name of father and mother must be written in online application as per SSC or equivalent certificate. (d) Candidate’s Present Address: The present address of the candidate should be mentioned as his present residence and address from which he wishes to receive recruitment correspondence. (3) Candidate’s Permanent Address: The permanent address mentioned in the Nationality Certificate should be mentioned as the candidate’s permanent address. Married female candidates can use their husband’s address as their permanent address. However, if the unmarried female candidate gets married after submitting the application, she can change her permanent address to her husband’s permanent address subject to proper proof. (f) Pictures. Previously registered candidates can use existing photos. However, the new candidate must scan and upload a color photograph (with white background) taken not more than three months ago with a size of 600×600 pixel file size not exceeding 100 KB. Face and ears must not be covered while photographing. Uploading black and white photos and Informal photos will be treated as cancellation of candidature. (g) Signature: The candidate’s signature should be scanned and uploaded in a file size of 300×80 pixels not more than 60 KB at the designated place. Signature must be in black ink on white paper. (h) Date of result of degree obtained. The date of publication of the respective dinner results published by the Controller of Examination must be mentioned. (j) Foreign degree O Level A Level equivalent certificate issued by the relevant domestic education board and if degree obtained from a foreign university, the equivalent certificate issued by the relevant domestic university/University Grant Commission/Ministry of Education or appropriate authority of the degree and result (class/ (with reference to Department/GPA/CGPA) information document must be submitted to the checking board at the time of oral examination. Jorg.bd এ নির্ধারিত ছক পূরণের মাধ্যমে Online এ নিবন্ধন করতা আবেদন করতে হবে। আবেদন দাখিলের বিস্তারিত নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইটেই পাওয়া যাবে। (খ) CV ID No.: বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের সিস্টেমে ইতঃপূর্বে নিবন্ধনকৃত প্রার্থীদের বিদ্যমান CV ID No. এবং Password ব্যবহার করে আবেদন দাখিল করতে হবে। নতুন প্রার্থী Online এ নিবন্ধন সম্পন্ন করলে একটি CV ID No. এবং Password প্রাপ্ত হবেন যা ভবিষ্যতে ব্যবহারের জন্য অবশ্যই সংরক্ষ করতে হবে। (গ) প্রার্থীর বিবরণ: প্রার্থীর নাম, পিতা ও মাতার নাম অবশ্যই এসএসসি অথবা সমমানের সনদ অনুযায়ী Online আবেদনে লিখতে হবে। (ঘ) প্রার্থীর বর্তমান ঠিকানা: প্রার্থীর বর্তমান বসবাসের স্থান এবং নিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত চিঠিপত্র পেতে ইচ্ছুক ঠিকানাকে বর্তমান ঠিকানা হিসেবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে। (৩) প্রার্থীর স্থায়ী ঠিকানা: জাতীয়তা সনদে উল্লিখিত স্থায়ী ঠিকানাকে প্রার্থীর স্থায়ী ঠিকানা হিসেবে উল্লেখ করতে হবে বিবাহিত মহিলা প্রার্থীগণ তাদের স্বামীর ঠিকানাকে নিজের স্থায়ী ঠি হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। তবে অবিবাহিত মহিলা প্রার্থী আবেদন দাখিলের পরে বিবাহবন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হলে যথাযথ প্রমান সাপেক্ষে স্বামীর স্থায়ী ঠিকানা অনু নিজের ছাी ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন। (চ) ছবি। ইতঃপূর্বে নিবন্ধনকৃত প্রার্থীগণ বিদ্যমান ছবি ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। তবে নতুন প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই নির্ধারিত স্থানে 600×600 pixel file size 100 KB এর বেশী নয় এরূপ মাপের অনধিক তিন মাস পূর্বে তোলা রঙিন ছবি (সাদা ব্যাকাউ সম্বলিত) scan করে আপলোড করতে হবে। ছবি তোলার সময় মুখ ও কানের উপর আবরণ রাখা যাবে না। সাদাকালো ছবি এবং Informal ছবি আপলোড করলে প্রার্থীতা বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। (ছ) স্বাক্ষর: নির্ধারিত স্থানে 300×80 pixels file size 60 KB এর বেশী নয় এরূপ মাপের প্রার্থীর নিজের স্বাক্ষর scan করে আপলোড করতে হবে। স্বাক্ষর অবশ্যই সাদা কাগজের উপর কালো কালিতে হতে হবে। (জ) অর্জিত ডিগ্রীর ফলাফলের তারিখ। পরীক্ষা নিয়ন্ত্রক কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত সংশ্লিষ্ট ডিনার ফলাফল প্রকাশের তারিখ অবশ্যই উল্লেখ করতে হবে। (ঝ) বিদেশী ডিগ্রী O Level A Level পাশ হলে দেশীয় সংশ্লিষ্ট শিক্ষা বোর্ড হতে ইস্যুকৃত সমমান সার্টিফিকেট এবং বিদেশী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে ডিগ্রী প্রাপ্ত হলে দেশীয় সংশ্লিষ্ট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়/ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় মঞ্জুরী কমিশন/শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় বা যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত সমমান সার্টিফিকেট অনুযায়ী ডিগ্রী ও ফলাফলের (শ্রেণী/ বিভাগ/জিপিএ/সিজিপিএ উল্লেখসহ) তথ্য সম্বলিত ডকুমেন্ট মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় চেকিং বোর্ডে অবশ্যই দাখিল করতে হবে।
