Responsibilities & Context
ONE Bank PLC seeks a self motivated, self driven, ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the above position in its Special Asset Management Division.
- Maintain relationship with NPL (corporate borrowers) of the bank to maximize recovery from those accounts.
- Recovery from written – off & stress accounts.
- Regular monitor & follow-up of delinquent borrower by visiting their business place, residence, collateral, factory etc.
- Preparation and submission of proposals / memo related to restructuring, rescheduling, settlement of different borrowers.
- Maintain liaison with legal division to ensure legal proceedings against the borrower efficiently.
- Arrange/search buyer for selling collateral securities/mortgaged properties.
- Maintain different MIS.
